			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Many more people are rediscovering the outdoors these days and taking part in alfresco sport. In the summer months it’s not very enjoyable to be stuck indoors in a stuffy gym or sports hall, when you could be outside in the fresh air. The draw back of sports done outdoors though is that most of them are biased towards working the lower body. It’s not easy to do any weights or pull ups in the park to help tone the upper body, so what sports can you do?</p>
<p> <strong>Kayaking</strong>. Water sports such as kayaking and canoeing are very good at exercising the <a class="ld_link" href="http://e69131qlp-2o6o08x4s5i30x6v.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=ACTV" target="_blank" title="muscles">muscles</a> of the back, shoulders and arms. As well as providing most of the stability, the upper body is the driving force in the sport of kayaking and soon becomes very efficient with practice. The most attractive part of kayaking though has to be the ability to stop paddling and just bob about for a bit when you get fatigued. If you don’t like getting wet though, this might not be the sport for you.</p>

<p>For those of us who are trying to pack on some muscle in the fastest way possible, high intensity training is a tried and true form of training in bodybuilding.</p>
<p> Our goal is to lift the most weights, while doing relatively low to medium reps, resting and getting the proper nutrition. Don’t do too many sets and exercises. Train each body part about once per week and get plenty of rest and the proper nutrition while lifting heavy on the basics exercises. Exercises like the bench press, dips, squats, dead lifts and bicep curls. </p>
<p> Train your chest with triceps and shoulders and your back with biceps. Basically, separate your pushing and pulling movements to different days.
